Officers Busted for Ripping Off Their Department

Two Henderson police officers and one former officer were arrested Friday night in connection with a year-long investigation by the state. A third former officer, Randall Trahan is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The question remains how did Trahan ever become a Henderson Police Officer?
