When police in Edmonds, Washington, got a report of a piece of PVC pipe found near a boat launch on Lake Ballinger, they closed the launch and called in the bomb squad. And they say it's good that they did because the object was a pipe bomb. Well, that's what they say. Doug Waterman says it's a geocache container he put at the launch three years ago that has been found 88 times by geocaching hobbyists. Despite Waterman's claims, police insist it was a pipe bomb.
