Mohave County Supervisor Tom Sockwell and County Public Information Director Darryle Purcell have been circulating "folders containing compromising information on a private citizen," according to local media. The Daily News reports the individual is a consultant to the campaign of Hildy Angius, Sockwell's opponent in the Republican primary. "Purcell would not respond to questions as to why he, as a county employee, was assisting Sockwell in his re-election campaign," the newspaper reported.
