At about 9:00 AM Pacific time today, I'll be interviewed on KBOO-FM in Portland, Oregon, about the history of community radio. And at noon central time, I'll be speaking on KAIR-FM in Atchison, Kansas, about what genuinely beneficial health care reforms would look like.
