The great Radley Balko (read his research on no-knock raids here) flags this video from Law Enforcement Against Prohibition: 5000 past and present officers of the law united to lobby for reform in America's drug laws. The group's been ramping up its public appearances, and this is a collection of the best stuff. (Warning: The gap between organization quality and website quality will shrink as the group grows in prominence. Hopefully.)

And don't forget about the Question 7 on the Nevada ballot this
November; if it passes, it will remove penalties for adults 21 and
over to possess and use marijuana in the privacy of their own
homes, as well as set up a legal system of cultivation and
distribution within the state:

law enforcement ... In Michigan they called out the SWAT team to do
crowd control at a classic car cruise. Go to the following page and

LEAP is an amazing group - I have followed them ever since a rep of theirs spent an hour on one of our local talk stations, completely owning every redneck reactionary caller and making people actually THINK about their stances instead of regurgitating the old "drugs are bad, mmkay" lines.
