Public Education vs. Public Groceries

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review columnist (and occasional Reason contributor) Bill Steigerwald wonders why we don't have enormous civic strife over every change in what grocery stores carry, while his community is roiled by fights over plans to eliminate the public schools' International Baccalaureate program.
