Don't Test, Don't Tell

Interesting little charticle over at Mother Jones about some very expensive military-industrial complex failures, with this money quote from Pentagon weapons tester Thomas P. Christie: major weapons manufacturers are "learning faster how to avoid testing than we are learning to do it better."
