Jonas Brothers Headline National School Choice Week 2013

"Schools enable our kids to become who they were meant to be," explains former Arizona schools superintendent Lisa Graham Keegan, host of the National School Choice Week 2013 Kickoff. The event, held on January 26 at the Phoenix Convention Center, drew thousands and featured a concert by high-profile homeschoolers the Jonas Brothers.

National School Choice Week is an annual event designed to draw attention to - and advocate for - educational options for K-12 students. During the week over 200 groups are hosting thousands of events across the country, exploring everything from charter schools and voucher programs to online curricula.

Reason TV traveled to Phoenix, AZ to take in the scene and talk to school choice supporters, including Democratic campaign consultant Joe Trippi, Center for Education Reform President Jeanne Allen, education analyst and regular cable news presence Michelle Bernard, and others.
