John Allen Out of Consideration for NATO Chief
Tampa Bay socialite Jill Kelley has claimed another career.
Gen. John Allen is expected not to seek nomination as NATO Supreme Allied Commander-Europe because of the hundreds of embarrassing emails he exchanged with Kelley, NBC News reported Wednesday.
