Salmonella Outbreak Traced to Beef from Two Michigan Stores

An outbreak of salmonella typhimurium that has been tied to ground beef sold at two Michigan businesses has sickened 16 people in five states, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention said Monday.
