No Comment from White House on NRA's Target Practice Game
White House spokesman Jay Carney said Tuesday that he has not discussed a new National Rifle Association game with the president.
The iPhone and iPad app “NRA: Practice Range,” released Sunday, has caused controversy because of its release close to a month after the Sandy Hook shootings. The first-person shooter game is labeled appropriate for users aged four and older.

But the targets are all dummies or discs, not living creatures. In between rounds, gun safety tips are featured.
Somebody please tell the WaPo that range targets are usually printed sheets of paper and occasionally steel plates.
