Sarasota is once again back in the national spotlight for its treatment of the homeless.
The latest drama began Sunday with the arrest of a homeless man for charging his cellphone in a Sarasota park, and ended with city officials shutting off the power, blaming anonymous workers for what the city manager called an "oops," and then quickly restoring the juice.
