Ivory Coast Military Accused of Torture

Witnesses charge Ivory Coast's military is torturing scores of people accused of taking part in recent attacks.

One man, who says he was held for two weeks at a military camp, tells The Associated Press that he and others were beaten with sticks and belts, and others were tortured with electrical shocks.
