9/11 Victims' Families Appreciate Smaller Memorial
For many here at Ground Zero, 2012 is a transitional year.
The memorial ceremony is noticeably smaller. Many attendees say they feel at more peace. Security is more relaxed, the city humming at a normal pace around the Sept. 11 Memorial site.
