San Antonio Mayor to Give Keynote at Dems Convention

The mayor of San Antonio has been tapped to deliver the keynote speech at September’s Democratic National Convention — the same address that launched Barack Obama to political stardom eight years ago.

Julian Castro will be the first Hispanic-American to give the high-profile speech, a clear sign of the priority the Obama campaign is placing on winning Latino voters in November.
