- The Federal Communications Commission will vote today on a "net neutrality" proposal. FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai recently talked to Nick Gillespie about why he opposes the plan.
- "Jihadi John," the maked man seen beheading hostages in Islamic State videos, has been identified as British citizen Mohammed Emwazi.
