Today, the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change published a new assessment cataloguing what is known about the physical basis for man-made global warming. The panel states that there is now 95 percent certainty that more than half of the warming over the past 60 years can be attributed to human activity. Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey looks at how the report artfully handles thorny questions about lower climate sensitivity and climate models that don't track observed temperature trends.
