Libertarians and liberals are coming together to oppose
military intervention in Syria. Although the GOP leadership in the
House is supporting Obama’s push for Congress to authorize a
military strike on Syria
many Republicans are not keen on authorizing such a move. Today
French lawmakers debated a military intervention in Syria. The
Senate Foreign Relations Committee
approved a resolution authorizing military action against Syria
in a 10-7 vote.
