Ronald Bailey on Obama's Climate Change Policy Push

He has clearly decided to make confronting climate change a central objective of his second term. Reason Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey predicts that President Obama will signal his seriousness about cutting greenhouse gas emissions by blocking the construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada.
