Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph hit the theaters this weekend with an eye toward appealing to generational nostalgia over the days of the arcade. But, as Scott Shackford reviews, this animated feature has more to offer than cutesy ‘80s cameos. Ralph’s story might just resonate well with those former gamer kids who have struggled to cast off the negative labels thrown their way as they navigate the complexities of parenthood.
