"Go Topless Day": Live From 5th Annual Rally

August 26, 2012 was the fifth annual "Go Topless Day," a nation-wide set of rallies pushing for equal treatment of men and women when it comes to the baring of chests.

Reason TV's Joshua Swain and Lucy Steigerwald checked out the rally in Washington, D.C., which was held in front of the White House.
