Help Celebrate Our 40th Anniversary by Supporting Reason!

Our first-ever, week-long webathon is nearing its end. If you enjoy what you read at reason online, what you watch at reason.tv (home to The Drew Carey Project), and page through in the print edition of the nation's only magazine of "Free Minds and Free Markets," please make a tax-deductible contribution now.

We're doing all we can to make a principled case for individual liberty—not just in our own pages but in places such as The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York TimesThe New York Post, the Chicago Tribune, and other newspapers all over the country.

So as you're tuning in to tonight's live video-stream with Bob Barr (and John McCain and Barack Obama) from reason's DC HQ, if you like what you're watching, please send us a donation.

Thanks for reading and supporting us.

And as you wait for the debate to start tonight, ponder just Who Do You Hate in '08?

I HATE the effing pop-up.

Sam-

I'm with you. Incessant fundraising-I'm sick of it-reason is starting to resemble PBS.

40 is kind of old, actually. I'm not sure I'd be celebrating that. I just claim to be.. well, x years old, and I recently had had a big party where I claimed to be 21, finally. It was somewhat undermined when it turned out that I wasn't that into Pokemon. I did get drunk and pee on a policeman though, for about the fourth time. That _never_ gets old.

Thank goodness the pop-up is only for a week. I thought they were picking on me, personally!

I'm a free-rider. If you don't like that, go ahead and establish an absolute monarchy. I dare you.
