I'm kind of surprised to see no post about the NY transit
strike.
I do enjoy living a life where my transportaiton isn't the hostage
of unionized government workers.

It's all cars down here in Florida, but we're unenlightened, you
see. We don't have an income tax, either. Or much in the way of
unions. I'm so ashamed.

I have the first Hit & Run prediction for the new year: The iPod craze will suddenly end when the media starts calling iPod users, "Pod People". Thus creeped out, kids will discover mp3 players. Confusing? Well, 2006 will be confusing in other ways, too.
