BTW, at court martial hearings the private being court-martialed has just described "severe beatings" of prisoners at Abu Ghraib. This crime seems to be much worse than just "sexual humiliation".

I find it interesting that it is even possible to complain about corruption in how World Bank funds are disbursed after they are first stolen from American taxpayers.

I don't care about how they are wasted as much as I care about how they are collected.
