Funny how quick they are to cut educational programs that show no results, even when they are admittedly "well-managed". I wonder how long it will be before anti-drug programs--notoriously ineffectual--are cut as well? Hahahahaha, just kidding. Everyone knows it's better to be illiterate and sober, than educated and high...
