Any chance of getting a larger copy? This one might make more sense if we could read what's on the papers the blindfolded guys are carrying. Since I can't make that out, I have no idea who these guys are supposed to be.

The men walking the plank, the one falling into the water should be saying "In these uncertain times..." and the next man is saying "...at least there are some certainties..." and the next man is saying "...too bad they are..." and the fourth man finishes it with "...DEATH AND TAXES!!!" Add an angel going up toward heaven, and he is saying "They'll even tax you after you die!" Then show a little pirate boat in the ocean and the one pirate is saying "That's the way to do it, let's go get some suits and provide (insert an adjective depending on your political views) services to the public!" And get the little Somalian boy who was captured and he says "Now THESE guys know how to do it!" Also, the woman carved on the front of the boat, with her breasts hanging out, make that Hillary Clinton and show bill saying "Geez! No wonder everyone is scared when this ship comes to town!" Also, in the background, show the Navy ship that killed those pirates, and a little man on deck will be saying "Not even we will go near that one!" and a little penguin in the corner on a little iceberg will be saying "yeah because those pirates pay you!"

It was the 1070 bit that confused me... I figured it was really something else, but it sure didn't look like a 1040. I figured there was more to it than making tax payers walk the plank...
