Kenya's deputy president has entered a plea of not guilty at his trial in the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
William Ruto has denied accusations he helped orchestrate post-election violence five-and-a-half years ago which led to both he and the country's president, Uhuru Kenyatta, being charged with crimes against humanity.
