Last Victim of Boston Marathon Bombing Heading Home

After intensive treatment over 100 days, a Massachusetts man will be the last Boston Marathon bombing victim to go home for the first time when he is discharged from Boston's Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital on Wednesday, the facility said.

Marc Fucarile, 34, of Stoneham, was scheduled to leave Spaulding at 11:30 a.m.

Fucarile was one of the more than 260 people who were wounded by two bombs near the marathon finish line on April 15. One of his legs was amputated, and he also had shrapnel lodged in his body.
