John Kerry: North Korea Won't Be Accepted as Nuclear Power

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said North Korea will not be accepted as a nuclear power by the international community, while calling for dialogue with the totalitarian state to ease escalating tensions.

Speaking at a news conference in Seoul with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung Se, Kerry today said it would be a "huge mistake" for North Korea to conduct a missile test, something South Korean officials say could happen at any time. He called on China, North Korea's closest ally, to help defuse the situation.
