Clearest Picture of a Rock on Mars Yet
NASA’s over-exuberant explanation of the photo had me a bit puzzled at first. It’s a rock. Sure, it’s a big, Martian-looking rock. But it’s still just a rock, right?
Not at all, insists NASA. This photo below was taken by the Curiosity rover using merged-focus technology for a crystal-clear image.
