Does America Need a White Republican to Promote Racial Justice?
Barack Obama's presidency was supposed to usher an era of post-racial healing in America. But the fact that
Ferguson had to call in the National Guard to quell a racial riot shows that, if anything, the opposite has happened.
It just might be, I note in my Washington Examiner column, that the cause of racial justice needs not a mealy-mouthed, black Democrat who is sweet on Big Government, but an outspoken, white Republican who cares about minorities and is willing to take on the depredations Big Government has wrought on them.
