Sen. Alexander's Former Chief of Staff Released After Being Arrested on Child Porn Charges
Ryan Loskarn to stay with his parents
WASHINGTON (AP) — The fired chief of staff for Tennessee Sen. Lamar Alexander has been set free from jail to await his trial on charges of possession and attempted distribution of child pornography.
A federal judge on Monday allowed Ryan Loskarn to be released and live with his parents in Maryland. Loskarn's lawyers argued that the 35-year-old had no prior convictions or arrests.
