Vancouver Cop Caught on Video Punching Cyclist

A video appears to show a Vancouver police officer punching a cyclist in the face while arresting him for running a red light.
The amateur footage, captured by the arrested man's friend on a camera phone, shows the unidentified officer allegedly punching the cyclist in the side of the face when he asks why he is being arrested.
Andi Shae Akhavan was cycling home in Yaletown on Tuesday night when he was stopped for running through a red light in the city without a helmet or a night light.
