Police in Kent, England, have arrested a 19-year-old-man, who wasn't named in press accounts, for burning an artificial Remembrance Day poppy and posting a photograph of it on Facebook. He is being investigated under the Malicious Communications Act of 1988, which makes it illegal to send any messsage with "an intent to cause distress or anxiety."
