How Should Flock Cameras Be Regulated Under the Fourth Amendment?

A recent lecture.

|The Volokh Conspiracy |

I gave a lecture at Stanford Law School last week on a Fourth Amendment topic that has drawn recent attention: How Should Flock Cameras Be Regulated Under the Fourth Amendment?  The video has now been posted, and you can watch the 35-minute lecture, plus 10 minutes of Q&A, starting at the 7:30 mark in the video below.

I will probably write a short essay about these topics over the coming weeks, focusing on the latter half of the lecture, so any feedback among those who have watched the lecture is very welcome. Thanks.
