Max Mitchell (the Legal Intelligencer) writes about the Philadelphia courts' response to the suspicious court cases with missing defendants that are aimed at getting Web pages taken down or deindexed - four of the 25 cases that fit the pattern Paul Alan Levy and I wrote about were in Philadelphia.
