MOSCOW, Aug. 9 (UPI) — Edward Snowden, the former U.S. intelligence contractor, is free to travel around Russia and work at any non-state job, a senior migration official said Friday.

Snowden is wanted by the United States on espionage and theft charges for allegedly leaking classified information about the National Security Agency's surveillance program.
