Texas Teacher on Trial for Allegedly Assaulting 11-Year-Old
Long time teacher has been accused of misconduct before
The trial for a Port Arthur teacher accused of assaulting an 11-year-old student at Robert E. Lee Elementary School has been set for October 16.
Ruby Gunner, 62, was indicted in May on a charge of injury to a child in connection with the April assault.
