A pair of lawmakers offered previews this weekend of one of the big issues of next year's congressional elections: President Obama's health care law.
The Senate's top Republican, Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said the law's problems will fuel GOP victories, while Democratic counterpart Harry Reid, D-Nev., said its benefits will bolster the Democrats.
