Testimony Before House Judiciary Committee on Venezuela

Today I testified before the House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Oversight, about actions taken in Venezuela. The hearing was titled, "The Legal Basis for Action Against Venezuelan Drug Traffickers."
