Biden Also Apologizes for Obamacare Site Troubles

t seems like everybody in the Obama administration is apologizing for the botched health care website.
While Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius expressed regrets Wednesday during a congressional hearing, Vice President Biden did the same during an interview with the HLN network.
"We apologize," Biden said.
