Suicide Bomber Kills 27 Outside Military Base in Iraq
Attacks still not uncommon
BAGHDAD (AP) — A suicide bomber driving a car packed with explosives detonated the vehicle near an Iraqi military base as soldiers changed shifts north of Baghdad on Tuesday, killing at least 27 people and wounding more than 40, according to authorities.
