School rule ran afoul of a little thing called the First Amendment
The University of Cincinnati's free speech policy was ruled unconstitutional by a federal district judge Wednesday, bringing a possible conclusion to the contentious issue one step closer.
The permanent injunction, issued by United States District Judge Timothy S. Black, barred the university from enforcing speech restriction on campus.
