Judge Bans Tainted Evidence From Stagliano Trial

According to the Twitter feed of Reason correspondent Richard Abowitz, "this disposes of two [of the seven] counts entirely from [the] indictment and part of a third." Background here.

This is very good news for John Stagliano. What would be even better news for both him and the rest of us is if the jury declares him innocent of charges that should have never been made.
