Two men who loaded up an RV with supplies to help Hurricane Harvey victims managed to get to those in need, but not before being harassed by a Texas cop. "My patience is running thin because my house is flooded, too, and I gotta be out here helping people. I appreciate that you're here, but we've had enough," the cop told them in an exchange that was caught on video.
