GMO Labeling Law Fails to Pass in Colorado

With 70 percent of the vote counted, a ballot initiative requiring foods with genetically modified ingredients to be labeled as such has failed in Colorado.

68.2 percent of the voters said no. Only 31.8 percent of voters supported the mandate.
