A police commissioner resigned from his position after he assisted a New Hampshire state representative who ran over and killed several ducks in December.
Nashua Police Commissioner Tom Pappas wrote a letter to Gov. Maggie Hassan citing that he regrets his role in the incident, WMUR reported.
