A Tucson teacher is being investigated after a second-grade girl said she was taped to a chair, according to video from KGUN9.

Mia Kramer, a student at Hollinger Elementary, said the teacher became upset after she repeatedly got up to use the pencil  sharpener. After being told to sit down, Kramer tells KGUN9 that the teacher wrapped wide tape around her body and her chair.

"It felt like something's happening to me and it's wrong," Kramer said, adding that one strip of tape went around her stomach and the back of the chair and another higher up.
