Hagel: U.S. Again Considers Arming Syrian Rebels

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said the U.S. is rethinking its opposition to arming opposition groups in Syria.
"We must continue to look at options," Hagel said at a Pentagon news conference with U.K. Defense Secretary Philip Hammond. Hammond also said the U.K. hasn't taken any options off the table. He said evidence indicates that the Syrian regime is "largely in control" of its chemical weapons.
