Netanyahu Open to Peace Talks
Only if the Palestinians agree to abandon preconditions
JERUSALEM, Jan. 15 (UPI) — Israel is willing to engage in peace talks with the Palestinians if they agree to resume without preconditions, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said.
